ABOUT
Joshua Wittman is a National Association of Realtors Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), an Associated Member of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors (CRGAR), a resident of Costa Rica, and a father of four.

Joshua is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a bachelor's degree and certifications in math, sciences, and language education, he studied at the school of business at Gonzaga University. As a former educator of 15 years, Joshua has developed curriculum and sustainable education programs. Joshua owned and directed his own alternative school in Costa Rica, a pilot project for education innovation and ecology-integrated learning. Joshua is an ambassador for Food Forest Abundance and has served on boards and committees for sustainability projects in the U.S.A., Chile, and Costa Rica.

Fluent in English and Spanish, he has worked internationally and now focuses on real estate investment consulting and services. He has a mind for innovation and creating paradigms with collaborative ecosystems to bring fluidity to the crossover of these industries. Joshua has been a guest on international podcasts such as Costa Rica Investment, and Individual & Business Tax Experts. He is considered one of the leading real estate experts in the hotel and vacation rental market of Costa Rica.
